Will the Redskins try and draft USC Mark Sanchez or stick with Campbell?
Yes, Jason Campbell did not have a great year, but you cannot put all of that onto the QB. A new head coach, a totally new offense, new players, mediocre offensive line, under-performing wide receivers, etc all affected his numbers, not just his passing.
I really like the relationship between Campbell and Zorn. Zorn is a QB coach and took Campbell under his wing last year. I do not think that trying to draft a new QB to potentially replace Campbell is a smart move whatsoever. Dan Snyder will throw money at anyone and everyone to try and get himself playoffs or the superbowl. Just because Flacco played so well last year, does not mean that a superb college QB will play as well in the NFL. Campbell needs another year with Zorn to see if the magic we've been feeling will result in points and playoffs.
I even think Colt Brennan will make a good backup to Campbell. I don't even think Sanchez will make it to the 13th pick, so all this talk about him is not helping the relationship with existing QB Campbell. Stick with bulking up the O Line and give Campbell another shot.

I lived in Greene County Virginia for about 5 years of my childhood. This span of time was enough to imprint the love of the Washington Redskins (and hate of the Dallas Cowboys) into my life forever, even though I am Canadian and still live in Canada. I am in no way an expert on sports, football, or even the Redskins, but I do absolutely adore them, their fans and their home state(s). My favourite Redskin is and will always be Darrell Green (not because we share the same last name lol). I've adored Chris Cooley since he joined the team from the 2004 draft and love London Fletcher. Hail to the Redskins! See you October 30th in my home town of Toronto.
