No need to post on Craigslist folks, because there are sightings and signings around the Nest this week. The Ravens are looking for help in the secondary and for something to spark the wide recievers corspes.
Samari Rolle is scheduled to come off the PUP (physically unable perform) list this week and he has been seen around the Nest. Rolle has been suffering from a terrible neck injury that required surgery. Rolle would definitely be a positive impact for the lowly ranked (26th) Ravens pass defense. Whether he is able to come back is up to the docs…
WR David Tyree, aka “The Catch” from the 2008 Super Bowl champion Giants, was signed on Monday. Tyree can bring help to the struggling receiving corpses and also be a contributor on special teams. A sixth round 2003 draft pick, Tyree missed all of last season with a knee injury.
Both the sighting and signing of Rolle and Tyree bring some good news for the Ravens this week. Hopefully, this will shed some light on the strugging defense and offense.
