Preview: Tigercats vs Alouettes

The Alouettes (2-1) will be looking to win a 3rd consecutive game as they host the Hamilton Tigercats (1-2). The Ticats will try to extend their winning steak to 2. Hamilton is coming off a convincing victory against the Winnipeg Bluebombers. The Alouettes were undefeated at home last season winning all 9 home games and they swept the season series against Hamilton.

This will be the first regular season home game for the Alouettes as they began the season with 3 road games to allow extra time for the renovations at McGill Stadium to be competed. An additionnal 5000 seats were added to the stadium that is consistently sold out for the Als games.

CFL commissioner Mark Cohon will be in attendance at tonight’s game and local artist Marie-Mai will be performing during half-time. The Alouettes will also be unveilling their 2009 championsip banner.
