Q1 15:00—We are about to get under way at the Rogers Centre. Alouettes have won 7 straight against the Argos. This is the 3rd consecutive Alouettes game that Rod Black handles the play by play
Q1 12:30—After Cahoon ties Flutie for 2nd in receptions, Calvillo throws a pick. Should we be worried?
Q1 11:30 — 2 turnovers in less then 4 minutes. Even more important for Argos fans, Copeland was shaken up on that play.
Q1 9:45—Not looking good for Copeland as he heads to the dressing room favoring his shoulder
Q1 8:00 —Great challenge by the Argos on the big Owens run to give the Argos an early lead
Q1 6:25— Als fans: I’m worried !
Q1 4:36— The Argos are off a great start as they capitalize on AC’s fumble

Q2 13:50— Get over it Rod Black and Duane Ford! They threw a penalty flag
Q2 13:22— Calvillo not at 100%
Q2 13:20– I may have spoken too soon. That was a great pass by AC
Q2 12:50– Leak warming up on the sidelines and the Argos just returned a kickoff for a TD. What’s going on ?
Q2 6:50— Calvillo not himself tonight. Receiver was open on his last throw and AC threw it too high
Q2 4:55 – The Als defense can’t stop the long plays tonight
Q2 0:45– Great run by Cobourne as he manages to get a big 1st down for the Als
Q2 0:08– I told you it was a big 1st down !

Halftime analysis:
It is now 4 consecutive quarters that the Alouettes have not come out to play. It will be interesting to see if Cobourne’s TD at the end of the half will turn things around for the Alouettes

Q3 14:49– It is the second time in this game that Maypray is hurt. Let’s see if he returns.
Q3 13:18– How can they not tackle Lemon on that play???
Q3 12:50–3 missed tackles on that run
Q3 11:20— Rod Black seems to get more excited when the Argos produce a big play. Don’t get me wrong that was a nice catch but come on Rod !
Q3 7:11– Too easy for AC on that play

Q4 9:55– Trestman probably regretting his decision rght now…..The Alouettes only get 1 point after a long offensive drive.
Q4 6:19– Chad Owens having a great game against the team that released him early this season. The PAT was missed?!?!?!? What !

Post game analysis:
Another game that the Alouettes did not show up. The Argos were definitely the better team tonight and deserved to win. Chad Owens of the Argos was the player of the game. He scored 2 TD and had many great kick returns. The Argos and the Als now tied for 1st in the East Division. Nobody was expecting that! The Als will be hosting the BlueBombers on Thursday night.
