Here Kitty Kitty…The Catamounts Are In Town!!

NCSU vs. Western Carolina
Here is what to look for from both these teams:
Western Carolina has RB Michael Johnson who is a powerful player. He was voted the SoCon Freshman of the Year in 2009. Check out his lightning fast moves with the ball. Also, QB Zack Jaynes should be able to put up some nice passes since State’s defense can show some wide gaps at times.
NCSU has QB Russell Wilson who is the leader for this team. If this guy can get the needed protection, his numbers for this game could be very impressive. And probably the most anticapted return at State in along time, is that of Nate Irving to the Defense. If he has a good night the future of this team looks bright. If Irving falters, it is going to be another long football season in Raleigh.
Notable injuries for NCSU:
As in recent years there are already key injuries to report for the Pack, hopefully this is not a sign of things to come…
RB James Washington (hamstring)
WR Jay Smith (groin)
Botton line for this game is this should be a perfect opportunity for State to get a good solid win in their season opener. Which has exluded them for the last several seasons. If everything goes as expected NCSU should get win Saturday evening.
Final Score Prediction:
NCSU 38 Western Carolina 7
