The Redskins lost last night to the Cardinals in their last preseason game, but I’m really not even thinking about this game anymore and full thoughts are for next Sunday night’s home opener against the Dallas Cowboys. Last night’s game was wrought with 12 penalties for total of 110 yards lost. Here are the offensive numbers from last night.
QB John Beck has been signed to a three year contract solidifying his spot as the third string QB and now the remaining cuts will have to be completed by tomorrow to get their mandatory 53 players. This will be a busy day around the NFL.
Next Week is the Redskins Regular Season opener at home, on Sunday Night Football, against their biggest rival the Dallas Cowboys, hopefully starting their other rivals’ ex-starting QB Donovan McNabb. Wow. Now THAT is the NFL.
Hail to the Redskins!

Written by Mercedes Green
I lived in Greene County Virginia for about 5 years of my childhood. This span of time was enough to imprint the love of the Washington Redskins (and hate of the Dallas Cowboys) into my life forever, even though I am Canadian and still live in Canada. I am in no way an expert on sports, football, or even the Redskins, but I do absolutely adore them, their fans and their home state(s). My favourite Redskin is and will always be Darrell Green (not because we share the same last name lol). I've adored Chris Cooley since he joined the team from the 2004 draft and love London Fletcher. Hail to the Redskins! See you October 30th in my home town of Toronto.
