It is wrong for Falcons fans to think this is the Biggest game of the season when in fact it is. The Falcons head to New Orleans to take on the defending superbowl (2-0) champion Saints. If the Falcons win this game away from the dome and against the Saints it sets a tone for the remaining 13 games and that tone is – “Look out for the Falcons”. This is a winnable game for the Falcons. The Saints have not been the Saints of last year and the Falcons are coming off a convincing win last week. It is ripe for an upset. Turners health is a big question but with what Frank Gore did against the Saints last week, Turner is salivating to get in the lineup. With Jenkins back the receiving group should be better. Plus the Saints Reggie Bush is out 4-6 weeks, that hurts the Saints a little, but they are still a dangerous offense. The falcons D is playing really well. If there is one unpredictable element to this Falcons team is the offense. Week 1 = inept Week 2- Lights out what will Week 3 bring? I predict the falcons win by 3. Here is what is going to happen. Brees ( who plays well against the Falcons)and the Saints offense will put up 3 touchdowns through the air where the Falcons will have 2 on the ground and 1 in the air. Each team till have 2 field goals but the Falcons will get a field goal in the last 2 minutes to win. The Saints will march down the field for a last minute field goal try but come up short. Falcons win 30 – 27. I know I am putting it out there but I firmly believe that this will be the outcome. I am actually hoping for another 41 – 7 like last week. I am hoping that the Falcons go up early and coast to the easy “W”. Then this win will put the rest of the league on notice that the Falcons are a serious contender and to watch out!
