I can be wrong……………………………from time to time.

Most of us have heard of the game, “slap the bull”, right?
Well, UCLA walked into Austin and punched Bevo right in the mouth.

UT had the 9th ranked rushing defense in the country coming into Saturday. They gave up 264 rushing yards.
Holy Crap. Maybe if UT hadn’t turned the ball over 5 times, the Bruins wouldn’t have had the ball so much. Just a thought. The offense looked good on the first drive of the game and then they fell apart in every aspect of the game. Special teams were horrible, defense got bullied and offensively they just don’t seem to know what they want to do. No identity. Mack Brown, after the game, said he was embarrassed and it was all his fualt. Your defensive coordinator and successor needs to take some of the blame.

Now the pressure is off Gilbert to be the next McCoy and can now just focus on improving, gelling with his receivers and creating an identity for the offense. Plus the next McCoy is his backup.
