Bye week for the Boys!!!!!!
I know it is not the best way to start or open a blog but it is reality, the Dallas Cowboys have their bye week this week-4 of the NFL season.
With the win last week against the Houston Texans one can say the bye week is not good as the Cowboys would want to keep the momentum of the win into week-4 but again you could go the opposite and take the win plus the bye week and it may allow the Boys to further feed off the win as they approach week-5 when they play next.
The bye week will allow the Cowboys to re-group, gel as a team and maybe even approach a team function which I understand they did the other night compliments of one rookie Dez Bryant and a nice tab of over 50 G’s, that’s correct, 50 thousand dollars. You are welcome to comment on that as some are saying it was a little stretch and certainly the money could have been spent a little more responsible but we do have to remember that there are a lot of players on a football team and most can have quite the appetite. We can also with the bye week take the recent win, watch the play tapes and see what the Boys did right and get into implementing that for the remainder of the season and strive for post-season. The season is still young but how you will not be able to say that much longer if the Cowboys lose another game or two. You can always heal a few bruises but all in all take the bye week, focus on football and bring it all to the field for week-5 match up against the Tennessee Titans in Dallas.
Short and sweet, enjoy week-4 folks and come back soon for week-5 pre-game blog.
