Tonight is Milt Schmidt night with a pre game ceremony honoring the long time Bruin. Schmidt did everything for the team from playing (1936-1955) all the way to holding the general managers duties. He won Cups as a player (1939 & 41) and when he was in the front office (1970 & 72) The #15 banner is down on the blue line at ice level. Uncle Milty had a hand in four of the Bruins five Stanley Cups
Tonight’s starting goaltenders are Thomas (BOS) and Gustavsson (TOR)
Starting lineups for the Leafs:
Bozak between Kessel and Kuleman with Phaneuf & Beauchemin on the back line
Bruins starters
Krejci between Horton and Lucic with Chara & Ference on the back
Join me tonight with your thoughts on the game!

Full marks to the Leafs who just came to the bench…stick taps on the boards by all of them. Classy move by Ron Wilson’s bunch to honor Schmidt

Leafs look pretty good. Fast and making great passes throughout the rink.
Caused two Bruins penalties which they have killed off

My favorite thing about NHL Centerice? Still getting to see Rene Rancourt rock the tuxedo belting out the anthem finished off with a fist pump and arms raised to the crowd.
