Chiefs Look for a W in the Black Hole

The Kansas City Chiefs head to Oakland, California where they get set to take on Raider Nation. A battle of the top two teams in the AFC West, who would have thought, will meet in a 1:15 slated game today. Now I do apologize for my extreme tardiness I have had some medical issues as of late, but now is better than anytime so lets take a look at todays game.

The Chiefs number 1 rushing attack will look to continue to rack up yardage on the ground. The Raiders are a stout defense who look to be without their top cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. Dwayne Bowe looks to have a big day as he has been red hot catching touchdowns in his last three games.

The Raiders rushing attack is no slouch either, Darren McFadden is showing he is the runner everyone thought he could be coming out of the draft. The Chiefs defense should have their biggest test of the year against McFadden. It seems as if Jason Campbell will once against start for Oakland, but if he begins to slump do not be surprised if we see Bruce Gradkowski come in for a spark. The Raiders are looking  to establish the ground game and allow Campbell to make the plays he needs to on third down. This is very similar to the game plan of the Chiefs, with one difference.

Coach Todd Haley is the difference in game plan, he is known now as a river boat gambler going for it on 4th down 11 times this year, onside kicking to begin the game at Indy. He is going to take risks whether we like it or not, he explains their is a reason to his madness, even though it is not apparent.  Matt Ciassel will have a big day due to the gamblin man Haley, Cassel -Bowe hook up will be the difference in this game.

Derrick Johnson, Tamba Hali, and Brandon Flowers will all have to be key instruments in snuffing out the run, but I feel they will get the job done. It will be a low scoring game, but the Chiefs will come out on top and extend that AFC West lead. Chiefs 17-13…Bowe and Charles with the Touchdowns
