Week 11 (and beyond) Pickups

Week 10 (and beyond) pickups:

Sam Bradford (available in 57% of leagues)

Back-to-back 15-point performances have Bradford in a good position against the Atlanta Falcons this week (23rd against the pass) and the Arizona Cardinals (27th against the pass) in Week 13.

Colt McCoy (available in 93% of leagues)

The Browns are hot as of late and playing against Jacksonville this week (29th against the pass) should have the rookie in for a productive day.

Jon Kitna (available in 81% of leagues)

After dissecting the 3rd ranked pass defense in the Giants last week for 327 yards and three touchdowns, Kitna could even improve on that when he takes on his former team in the Lions this week.

Wide Receivers

Kevin Walter (available in 63% of leagues)

Here’s why: he’s a No. 2 wideout. It’s secretly meaningful with teams like the Jets, Steelers, Ravens, Chargers, etc. With all the attention on covering solid No. 1 receivers (Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson, Wes Welker, Brandon Marshall, Lee Evans), it opens up the rest of the field.

Week 2: Wes Welker, 6 catches, 38 yards, TD

Week 3: Davone Bess, 6 catches, 86 yards

Week 4: David Nelson, 4 catches, 75 yards

Week 5: Percy Harvin, 5 catches, 97 yards, 2 TD

Week 9: Nate Burleson, 7 catches, 113 yards, TD

Robert Meachem (available in 56% of leagues)

Coming off a bye, this week’s matchup against Seattle (28th against the pass) should have Meachem going deep on a couple of long balls.

Tight Ends

Rob Gronkowski (available in 84% of leagues)

After a three-touchdown performance against the Steelers, why not think about picking him up as a backup?

Benjamin Watson (available in 64% of leagues)

Leading the team with 36 receptions on the year, his matchup this week against Jacksonville is very favorable.

Tony Moeaki (available in 46% of leagues)

Arizona isn’t too great against the pass (27th in the league) and he’s been one of Matt Cassel’s favorite redzone targets.

Nate Kaeding (available in 71% of leagues)

Everyone dropped last year’s leading fantasy kicker after he went down a few weeks ago, but with the NFL’s top offense strongly behind him, I don’t know what the problem is here.

Ryan Succop (available in 62% of leagues)

He’s going to have a big week against the Cardinals this week at home.

Oakland (available in 75% of leagues)

Pittsburgh has been playing musical chairs with their offensive line and with the NFL’s 3rd ranked sack-squad (27.0), Oakland is a darkhorse this week to standout.

Chicago (available in 22% of leagues)

Get them while you can because a big matchup against Miami’s third-string quarterback Tyler Thigpen only comes so often.

Here’s a recap of how Week 10 went:
