Granted, the Bulls didn’t have Carlos Boozer but D’rose gave the Spurs all they could handle. TP9 had a really good game despite the news of his divorce coming out before the game. The Bulls jumped out to an early lead, up to 15 points. The Spurs hung in and closed the gap a little by half time. The first half looked like a replay of the OKC game. Once again, the defense clamped down in the third scoring 37 points and holding the Bulls to just 12 points. That turned the game in our favor for good.
TP9 finished with 21pts and 7asts. Manu had 20pts and 5asts. Timmy chipped in with 16pts and 18rebs.
This weekend the Spurs have a good back to back. Starting with the red hot Utah Jazz. I think the Spurs match up well with the Jazz as long as we don’t put them down by 15 or more then the Spurs should win. It’s gonna be a good game as it always is.
Saturday the Spurs play the Cavs. Don’t look past them. they can still shoot the three ball. It’ll probably be close early but the Spurs should come out on top.
