CJ’s at it again as Jazz Win at Home

CJ Miles wouldn’t let the Jazz rely on another 4th quarter come back against the Kings, the Jazz captured the lead early in the 1st half and never let up. Miles spearheaded the attack with 20 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks. The Jazz starting 5 had 4 of it’s members finish in double figures. Al Jefferson had 19 points to go with his 8 rebounds, Paul Milsap had 9 rebounds to go with his 11 points, Andrei Kirilenko had  10 points and 4 rebounds, and Deron Williams had 12 points with 9 assists as well as 5 rebounds. The Jazz finally played good at home as they pushed their lead up to as many as 25, they kept the Kings in check for the most part. Tyreke Evans had a  terrible night, Demarcus Cousins was really the only highly productive Sacramento player as he finished 1 rebound short of a double double (18 points and 9 rebounds). Deron Williams is in somewhat of a shooting funk, he is only 19 of 54 in his last 4 games. That is not great news with a game against New Orleans on the horizon, the Jazz will need Williams to be at his best for Wednesday’s battle. The Jazz are now 10-5, they remain in 2nd place in the division due to the Thunder’s win last night. The Hornets are 11-1 at this exact moment, they are up 93-89 over the Clippers with 1:51 left in the game. Either way  a win against the Hornets will be very gratifying for the Jazz, who do you think will come out on top?? Who will win the PG battle between Chris Paul and Deron Williams??
