Is anger such a really bad thing? Today is Thanksgiving, but on every other day can’t a little emotion be a good thing to see. The Miami Heat are struggling tremendously here in the early part of the season and other than Eric Spoelstra looking frustrated occasionally, the only emotion seems to be coming from the fan base. Why?
I am sure that D-Wade, LeBron, and most of the other players are confident that they will get it together on a consistent basis, but if you watch the press conferences, their attitudes appear almost apathetic. At times on the court their body language is that of a defeated team. I was not one of those people who expected the Heat to steamroll everyone in the early season, but I never expected this lack of emotion on any team that had Dwyane Wade. LeBron may have had question marks in his past about heart, while watching “Flash”(sorry Dwyane) was like watching Jordan, Iverson, Bird, or even Kobe since his maturing. I don’t love all of those players, but none of them were ever accused of lacking heart or emotion.
So please, after this “be thankful” holiday, somebody get p!$$ed. Spoe, D-Wade, LeBron, or Bosh. I don’t care, but it would be nice to see some venom from someone not watching the game on TV. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
