The Ravens beat the Browns 20-10 and are on their way to the playoffs no matter what the outcomes are next week. The Ravens and Steelers are both 11-4 but the Steelers hold the tiebreaker.
The Ravens are continuing to run the ball effectively. They had 38 attempts for 161 yards. This has to continue if the Ravens want to make a playoff run.
The Ravens’ defense created four turnovers including the three interceptions they forced from Colt McCoy. The Ravens never let McCoy get comfortable and took advantage of he’s inexperience.
The Ravens defense didn’t underestimate Peyton Hillis the second time around. He only had 12 carriers for 35 yards.
The Ravens are going into the playoffs on a note. For the last week of the season, the Ravens host the Cincinnati Bengals. If they win and the Steelers lose to the Cleveland Browns, the Ravens will win the division and get a first round bye. If the Steelers win, they win the division and get a first round bye.
The Steelers do have to play the Browns in Cleveland, but will it be enough for the upset? Should the Ravens rest some players knowing that the Steelers are going to win? Or, should the Ravens go all out risking key players injury for a chance to get a first round bye? Only time will tell.
