All-Star Weekend was an eventful weekend, many trades were discussed. One of the trades that nobody expected was Deron Williams to New Jersey, this was the 1st game after the All Star Break and Utah’s 1st game without D-Will. Dallas Beat the Jazz 118-99 in Dallas this evening, Peja Stojakovic had 18 points for the Mavericks. Dirk also had a big game for Dallas with 23 points and 7 rebounds.Utah did get a HUGE performance from Al Jefferson, Big Al had 30 points and 8 rebounds to lead the Jazz. Paul Milsap stepped up as well with 18 points and 9 reboundsUtah won the first quarter, but that was all as the Mavs put the foot on the gas and ran away with it. Utah’s new players will be available Friday, Devin Harris and Derrick Favors. This means that Utah has yet to win a game under their new coach Ty Corbin.Utah’s road record fell to 14-14 and 31-27 overall, the Trade deadline’s tomorrow I wonder if there will be any new additions to the Jazz roster?? There rumors that Kirilenko, Milsap, and Okur could be used as trade bait. This is a pivotal point of the season, the Utah organization is at a crossroads. Do you just completely start over or do you try to improve this team for this season? Utah is currently in 4th in the Division, they are 6 games back of the Thunder. Hopefully tomorrow will shed some light as to which direction the Utah Jazz decide to move in. Either way its going to be a big day!!
