Yes, I am aware that the NBA trading deadline has passed.  No, I don’t believe that Pat Riley would trade LeBron James, but the Heat would be better without him.  Go ahead, scoff at the notion that any team would be better without the most talented player to ever wear a uniform.  The truth hurts.  Here’s the trade, Bron for Blake Griffin.  I know the salaries don’t match up, so throw in another player like Chris Kaman.  James gets to play in LA and Wade gets the power forward he really needs.  Dwyane continues to try to accommodate James and boost his confidence, but at the end of it all, James is weak mentally.  The worst part of it all is that LeBron has the size and skill to be Griffin, but better.  It seems like James is that kid who always got to play quarterback and continues to play that position even though he grew into a lineman’s body.  LeBron James has the size and skill set to be better than Karl Malone or Charles Barkley, but I just don’t think he would “demote” himself to being a power forward.  If LeBron wants to win rings in Miami, he needs to change.
