I don’t like the Grizzlies very much but I’m not gonna hate on them. The Grizzlies played a great game against the best team in the NBA minus Manu. No excuses.
You can break this game and series down but at the end of the day the Grizz wanted to win more than the Spurs. If the Spurs want to win they have to man up and stop getting pushed around and stop double teaming the post and leaving shooters open in the damn corner. The Grizz aren’t better than the Spurs nor are they more talented but they did out work and out hustle the Spurs and that’s how you win playoff games.
Look, it’s gonna be a LONG series just like most of the other playoff match-ups will be so don’t panic cause think about this………
What could be worse than playing the Spurs in the playoffs?
Playing the Spurs when they’re PISSED OFF.
