Colts Schedule Pt 3

Posted By Nick Clason On Apr 27 2011 @ 9:00 am In Indianapolis Colts | No Comments

This is part three on our analysis of the schedule. We are going quarter by quarter (4 games at a time) and I will give my analysis on what I think will happen with the Colts game by game.

If you haven’t read the introduction, that will give you some background of what I think about the schedule [1].

Part two [2] I went through the first four games.

To get you caught up I have the Colts winning the first four games (4-0).

So here we go:

Week 5

10/9 KANSAS CITY CHIEFS 1:00 PM CBS

So the Chiefs exploded on the scene last year and took the fourth seed in the AFC (we stole the three seed from them in the last game with a Kerry Collins fumbled snap).  The question will be how good will the Chiefs be after their coming out party last  year?  The Chiefs came into Lucas Oil last season and played the almost completely healthy Colts in week 4. I believe that the Chiefs will take a step back, its just a gut feeling, its just what I’m sensing.  You know having footage from a season earlier will help Peyton Manning.  That being said I think the Luke is too loud, even at a 1:00 start, and the Colts sneak this one out.
