The Miami Heat are better than the Boston Celtics. Period. Chris Bosh is better than Kevin Garnett, Lebron James is better than Paul Pierce, and Dwyane Wade is better than Ray Allen. In a couple of these arguments it’s not even close, but the Rajon Rondo matchup is a different story. The Heat really need someone like Dennis Rodman to just punch him in the face and break his nose. So who? Eddie House? Probably not. Mario Chalmers? No. Mike Bibby? Surely you can’t be serious. So how do the Heat really neutralize Rajon Rondo?
Wade! Have another defender stay attached to Allen and let D3, who is of equal size, prevent Rondo from getting in the paint. Rajon has proven that he can’t shoot jumpers effectively, so let Wade just keep him out there. In the mean time, LeBron and Bosh should dominate the inside, especially with no Shaq for the first couple of games.
The truth will be this; the Heat will beat the Celtics, Paul Pierce(aka. the truth) will be shut down, and the Miami big 3 will combine for 75 points. Hopefully Heat fans will not expect all sweeps in the playoffs.
