Draft Recap: Offensive Line

Thursday night I was ecstatic. The Colts drafted Boston College standout Anthony Castonzo.  Castonzo was projected a possible Colt, but in many mock drafts, Castonzo was no longer on the board.  There was a large amount of quarterbacks chosen (and some thought they were reaching) in the first round.  Tennessee took Jake Locker from Washington and Jacksonville took Blaine Gabbert out of Iowa, these decisions allowed the Colts to draft a high quality O-lineman in Castonzo.  Chris Polian said Castonzo is in at Left Tackle in the team’s introductory news conference.  That means Charlie Johnson, who is a free agent is out at Left Tackle, either off the team all together, or better suited for a guard position.
