Some quick hits in this week’s What It Means:
1) Good win by Webb Simpson at Greensboro this week. The guy has a world of talent, he’s been close all year, and finally got the victory. There will be more to come.
2) A win is also in Tommy Gainey’s future. You gotta contend if you want to win and that’s what he’s done all year. His first PGA Tour victory will come soon.
3) Who will win the FedEx Cup? Beats the heck out of me. This season has been so unpredictable that I won’t try to predict a champion. But it should be fun. It is for $10 million, after all.
