The New Orleans Saints will wear their throwback uniforms on Sunday against the Houston Texans. The last time the Saints wore this uniform was in 2002 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They will kick it old school against the Texans.
The team wore the 1967-style throwback uniform, which was a black jersey with gold numeral with white trim, and white and gold striping down the sleeves. The pants are gold with black and white strips. They will wear white socks with black, white, and gold strips. Of course they cannot forget their helmet, which will be their original helmet logo with gray facemasks.
Could these uniforms mean anything special to the New Orleans Saints? Well let us watch and see on Sunday at 1pm ET as the New Orleans Saints take on the Houston Texans in the Superdome. Let us see if these uniforms better any luck as they take on a team that is 2-0!
