Bills Face A Big Challenge In Week 4

The Buffalo Bills have a 24 hour rule that after a victory or loss they put it behind them and move onto to the next week. However, it will be hard for myself and other Bills fans to forget the 34-31 victory over the New England Patriots last weekend. One of the greatest moments in my 20 plus years cheering for Buffalo, but time to move on to the next challenge, the Cincinnati Bengals.
Buffalo will be looking to extend their unbeaten streak to 4 and prove to the league that this team is different than that of 2008 that started 5-1. The big differences between now and then is that the 2011 Bills are putting up huge numbers, they have solid run defense and coaching, plus it’s just a whole different vibe around this team.
The Cincinnati Bengals have the 3rd ranked defense and will look to get to Fitzpatrick who has only been sacked one time this season. Coach Gailey will most likely look to exploit their blitzing , perhaps by giving the speedy C.J. Spiller more touches this week. Although Buffalo’s defense may not have been great against the pass, they have been able to adjust and come up with some timely stops and turnovers.
Dear Buffalo Bills,
Remember week one against the Kansas City Chiefs when you won 41-7? As much as I like the come from behind wins, the blowout wins are much more relaxing. I know you have the talent to go far this year, let’s just not lose to the Bengals and give those critics proof that you might not be for real.
My prediction for this week is another big win for the Bills extending their own personal winning steak against the Bengals to 11 games. 35-10 over the lonely Bengals!
