In case you missed their last game, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets beat the Clemson Tigers in Atlanta on Saturday, 31-17. Their small losing streak is over as they took down the last undefeated team in the ACC.
Up next for the Yellow Jackets is a match-up with Virginia Tech. The Hokies are currently 8-1 for the season with their only loss coming from Clemson.
This will be the 9th game between the Techs. Virginia Tech is 5-3 in this series, with the last win coming in just over a year ago, November 4, 2010.
Two of three wins that Georgia Tech has had over Virginia Tech came at home in Atlanta. That could mean a lot going into Thursday’s game since it will be held in Atlanta.
The home field advantage on top of the momentum from the Clemson game, Georgia Tech could definitely be looking toward another win.
Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech face off on Thursday, November 10th at 8pm EST. Watch the game live on ESPN.
