Before I go into my wide receiver and tight end rankings, I wanted to point out a top 10 list of the most targeted players and a list of the most rushing attempts in the NFL.

Most Rushing Attempts

These are the top 10 go to guys on each side of the ball. When looking to see who you should start between some players, make sure you check out how many times they get targeted or how many times they carry the ball. The more times they touch the ball or get looked at, the more chances they have of making a big play. One player I would like to note that wasn’t in the top 10 in the two categories is Darren Sproles. Darren Sproles has 72 targets (just outside the top 10) with 56 receptions (2nd most in the NFL behind Wes Welker) on the receiving end and 49 rushes. Sproles has been an absolute breakout player this year which you should trade for if you are having running back problems and if your trade deadline hasn’t passed.
