Who should the Bucs Draft

This coming April the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will hold the 5th pick in the NFL draft. They will face many choices about what to do with that pick. They could trade away the pick to gain more, or draft either Justin Blackmon or Morris Claiborne, whichever is available.
Why The Bucs Should Trade The Pick
The Bucs need help at multiple positions, especially on the defense. If the Bucs trade the pick they could get a pair of first and second round draft picks. The teams interested in the pick would be interested so that they could draft Robert Griffin III. The Bucs would get a top ten pick and be able to draft a good corner and linebacker, such as a Dre Kirkpatrick and Vontaze Burfict duo. Or a Stephon Gilmore and Alfonzo Dennard duo. This would help the defense, but the Bucs could also use a pick to grab wide receiver Alshon Jeffery. They would also have an extra second round pick that they could use on improving the linebacking corps. Trading the pick would allow the Bucs to have more improved player without having to spend on free agency.
Why The Bucs Should Draft Justin Blackmon (if available)
Justin Blackmon is clearly the best wide receiver available. He has 232 catches, 3,304 yards, and 38 touchdowns over the past two seasons combine. He is able to work the short game as he is tall and powerful. He also has the ability to stretch the field and break tackles in the open field. He could be the Bucs number 1 receiver for years to come. This would allow Mike Williams to become the number 2 wide receiver, a role he is much better suited for. Arrelious Benn will then be bumped to the number 3 which like Williams he is much better at. This pick could improve the whole receiving corps, which in turn will help Josh Freeman who had no one to throw to this year.
Why The Bucs Should Draft Morris Claiborne (if available)
To put it simple opponents do not want to throw the football in his direction. At first glance he does not have great numbers, some picks and a few pass breakups. But these numbers are because opponents simply refuse to throw it his way. He is a shutdown corner ready to take his game to the next level. He is also a need for the Bucs as Ronde Barber is most likely not to return (either retire or play for a different team) and Aqib Talib faces legal trouble in Texas. This leaves EJ Biggers and Myron Lewis as the corner, and that is a very scary thought.
