Coming off of their surprising road win against the Bulls on Saturday. The (9-23) Nets played against the (12-18) Milwaukee Bucks at home in the Prudential Center on Sunday night. The Nets are playing the 2nd game of a 3-game back to back to back stretch. Third-year center Brook Lopez returned to action for the first time this season. The Nets have sorely missed their man in the middle for the first half of the year.
Hoping to build on their victory from the previous night. The Nets came out slowly only shooting 19% in the first quarter. The Nets also missed ten free throws and committed six turnovers with only five assists. The Nets finished down six points (23-17) after the 1st quarter.

The Bucks went on to defeat the Nets by seven points, 92-85. Brandon Jennings finished the game with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Carlos Delfino chipped in 11 points. Deron Williams end the contest with 26 points, 6 assists and 4 steals, Anthony Morrow dropped 17 points from off the bench. Brook Lopez ended the game with 9 points, 2 rebounds and a block.
The (9-24)Nets will finish their three day swing in New York against the surging Knicks. The Nets will be looking for revenge against their cross-river rivals, especially since the “legend” of Jeremy Lin began against this team a couple of weeks ago. It’s no doubt that D-Will and the rest of the Nets will try to get a win in the midst of “Lin-sanity!”.
