TRADE LEBRON FOR DWIGHT HOWARD BEFORE 3PM

The Miami Heat are on the cusp of being a great team, yet they continue to fall short. The Orlando Magic are on the verge of losing the best big man in the NBA.  There is a solution to both problems; trade LeBron James for Dwight Howard, straight up.

Howard has gone back and forth all season long and the Magic can’t lose him for nothing, which is the option that is staring them in the face at 3pm this afternoon.  James continues to play second fiddle to Dwyane Wade in Miami.  The national media, for the most part, continues to revel in the talents of LeBron, but anyone who watched tonight, or any night, knows that in the end the fate of the Heat lies with Wade.  LeBron shies away from pressure.  There is no other way to put it.  Maybe if he was in Orlando, as the undisputed leader, he would rise to the occasion.  In Miami, he will always defer.

The Heat and Magic both lost tonight on the road, to very good teams.  Both Wade and James played very well, except James had 30 of his 35 points with two minutes left in the 3rd, while DWade scored 19 of his 36 in the 4th.  Superman had another excellent game, yet lost to the Spurs one night after taking down the Heat. Maybe both “The King” and Dwight need a different stage.

LeBron is not the main reason that Miami lost to Chicago.  The Heat got crushed on the boards again, and gave up a ton of 3′s.  Miami gave up 24 points to John Lucas, the Bulls third string point guard.  Oh yeah, Derrick Rose didn’t play.  Chris Bosh didn’t help, as he went 3-15 from the field, but CB will never be the problem.  In fact, Bron is not a problem, he is just not as good for the Heat as Howard would be.

In a perfect world, you would like to have a great big man and a great shot-maker/closer.  If any team could have D&D(Dwight&Dwyane), they would have the best of both.  Meanwhile, Orlando is considering Brook Lopez, or Andrew Bynum?  LeBron is far better and would sell more tickets than either guy.  Ok Mr. Riley, time to work some magic with the Magic.
