Packers suspension and draft insight

The Green Bay Packers now know the extent of the suspension their recently signed defensive tackle will be facing. Anthony Hargrove will appeal his 8-game suspension which has been handed to him for his involvement in the New Orleans Saints bounty scandal.
Packers fans need to relax a bit with hearing this news, the Packers knew this going into signing Hargrove, it is not a shock to them. Why do you think they were able to sign him for cheap this offseason? Because they knew what was going on with Hargrove.
With the suspension being appealed Hargrove can participate in everything as normal untill the regular season games start. With this in mind the Packers addressed the position in the NFL draft a couple weeks ago. They went out and selected Jerel Worthy a projected defensive end in the Packers 3-4 defense. He is expect to start day one with the suspensions to Hargrove and defensive end Mike Neal, who is suspended four games due to a failed drug test.
So Packers fans, what you are witnessing is a shock to you, but not the Packers. General Manager Ted Thompson has a plan and his plan has already landed the Packers a Super Bowl, expect the plan to continue them on the road to success. Take a moment to take a deep breath, relax and watch Thompson work his magic. The Packers can handle this suspension and are going to be fine.
