Tuesday, July 24- The Arizona Cardinals and their 5 time Pro Bowl safety Adrian Wilson came to terms on a restructured contract extension that runs through 2015. The new deal will mean less money for Wilson unless he meets certain incentives on the field. Wilson will take a $3.5 million pay cut this season, but his base salary could increase significantly if those unknown incentives are met. Wilson, the longest playing member of the Cardinals on this roster, is a leader of this team and said he wants to retire a Cardinal.
Big ups to Adrian Wilson for taking less money to stay and finish what he started here in the Valley. My brother recently met him in Scottsdale and said he was “—-ing huge and a really nice guy”. Just to elaborate more on Wilson’s beastliness, here is a video of him putting your vertical jump to shame.

A loyal team guy gets rewarded finally! Nice to see. The guy played through a torn biceps muscle last year, he is all about the team!
