The Washington Redskins travel to Soldier Field to take on the Chicago Bears for week 2 of preseason.
This is an 8PM EST Sat night start.
The Redskins are experiencing their infamous training camp injuries and have already lost NT Chris Neild and WR Darius Hanks to the IR, but have signed
free agent Marlon Favorite to help vacate the empty slot.
The biggest issues? Injuries and the offensive line. Shanahan said that LT Trent Williams (bruised left foot) and LG Maurice Hurt (left knee) will
most likely play but RG Chris Chester (left ankle) may not. LB Markus White is out with fractured rib and bruised kidney. With Hightower and Helu
out this Saturday, this will give the Alfred Morris, Evan Royster and Tristan Davis lots of play.
What will be different this game is that Shanahan has said that the starters will play the 1st half instead of just a quarter. More RG3!!

I lived in Greene County Virginia for about 5 years of my childhood. This span of time was enough to imprint the love of the Washington Redskins (and hate of the Dallas Cowboys) into my life forever, even though I am Canadian and still live in Canada. I am in no way an expert on sports, football, or even the Redskins, but I do absolutely adore them, their fans and their home state(s). My favourite Redskin is and will always be Darrell Green (not because we share the same last name lol). I've adored Chris Cooley since he joined the team from the 2004 draft and love London Fletcher. Hail to the Redskins! See you October 30th in my home town of Toronto.
