New York Giants linebacker Michael Boley tried to do some running during practice this week, but was forced to shut it down after experiencing pain in his hamstring.
Boley has missed both of the Giants preseason games so far, and Boley is not expected to play Friday against the Chicago Bears. Keith Rivers, the Giants trade acquisition during the offseason, has been starting in place of Boley.
