Okay, so it’s not exactly a milestone, but both Jacksonville and Minnesota boast Sophomore QB’s with something to prove. Esepcially Blaine Gabbert, whose rookie year was such a nightmare that it’s been hidden away in his and Jaguars fans minds.
But, after an offseason that was geared around offense with the key additions of new head coach Mike Mularkey and standout Justin Blackmon at wide receiver.
The Jaguars improved this off season and Blaine has more weapons at his disposal. Plus, with MJD back, Jacksonville has an outside chance at a post-season berth, The path to the second season begins in Minnesota, and the Jaguars will not waste any time against a stagnant Minnesota team. Blaine should have a great day connecting with Blackmon and the combo of Jennings and MJD should be enough to offset whatever Minnesota can dish out.
Jacksonville 23, Minnesota 13
