Packers face tough road test

The Green Bay Packers have not played a game since September 13 and they will finally return to action tonight against the Seattle Seahawks for Monday Night Football.
When the Packers take the field they will be looking to build on the defenses strong performance they had against the Chicago Bears, while the offense will continue to try and work out the kinks as they have been underachieving so far this season.
The key for the Packers tonight will be getting a lead and getting it early to take the loud crowd in Seattle out of the game. The Packers are the far superior team on paper, but they play the game for a reason and Seattle is one of the toughest places to win a football game in the NFL.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been off to a slow start in compared to what he accomplished last year so look for the Packers to try and get him into a rhythme early and get him going. One factor which should help Rodgers out is the return of wide receiver Greg Jennings who missed last weeks game with a groin injury. Jennings has stated he plans on playing and his return will be most certainly welcomed by Rodgers and company.
Next key will be the Packers taking advantage of a rookie quarterback Russell Wilson. The Seahawks quarterback has yet to see a defense quite like the Packers, and am no way is this a statement of the Packers defense being great, but they do know how to mix up their looks. It will be interesting to see if they can apply the pressure on Wilson much like they did on Jay Cutler. Wilson has poise in the pocket and great awareness and the Packers always struggle with quarterbacks who can make plays with their feet, so it will be an interesting match-up.
The Packers are better on paper and they will be better on the scoreboard tonight as well, but it will not be an easy game. The Seahawks will be a tough challenge but the Packers offense finally gets it figured out and they get a 34-24 win on the road against a solid team.
