Fantasy Football Week 6 Waivers

Kirk Cousins – After last Sunday many RG3 owners were gasping, and though he is likely to play this next week, those who have concussions are more likely to suffer another one once they have had one. So if you own RG3, its best you grab Cousin as a handcuff. He is available in 100% of leagues currently.
Justin Blackmon – With Laurent Robinson out, Blackmon saw an uptick in targets over the past few weeks and though he wasn’t able to do much with them, you can be sure that the Jags will continue to feed him the ball. He is worth stashing with hopes of a late season push, but owners should note that the Jacksonville offense is shaky at best. He is available in 63% of leagues currently.
Beanie Wells – Yes, he is out until at least Week 12 of the season, but if you are good at the running back position he is worth stashing as he will likely get his job back as soon as he is cleared to play and may be worth consideration late in the year. He is available in 81% of leagues currently.
William Powell – Though he is set to be the starting RB this week, the Arizona line cannot block a lick and Powell hasn’t shown that he can put up big fantasy points. However, if you are in need of a starting back then he will be one of the few floating around out there. Just keep in mind the aforementioned note about Beanie Wells. He is available in 94% of leagues currently.
Alex Green – After Cedric Benson suffered a foot injury against the Colts, Green didn’t look all that great except for a 41 yard run, he totaled 14 yards on 8 carries. That aside, he did look better than advertised in preseason. He will not likely be the workhorse for the Packers, but if you lost Cedric Benson then he is worth rostering. He is available in 87% of leagues currently.
David Wilson – He scored on a long drive in garbage time, and it looks like Ahmad Bradshaw has taken the regains again at the RB position. With Andre Brown sustaining a concussion though, Wilson will retake his backup duties. Behind a back like Bradshaw who is prone to injury, it would be wise to handcuff Wilson. He is available in 82% of leagues.
Joel Dreessen – He might not be getting the targets that Jacob Tamme is getting, but he remains a red zone threat and Manning looks has hooked up with Dreessen in 3 straight games. Much like Scott Chandler he is a boom or bust pick. He is worth a BYE week filler where needed. He is available in 93% of leagues currently.
Others still available: Christian Ponder (70% of leagues), Kendall Wright (66% of leagues), Kevin Kolb (76% of leagues), Brandon Bolden (63% of leagues), and Robert Meachem (66% of leagues) though I’m not sure I’d trust Meachem.
