Week 7: Ravens Face Defeat vs Texans

Posted By Brandie On Oct 22 2012 @ 1:43 pm In Baltimore Ravens | 1 Comment

The Raven’s offense struggled all game, only completing a total of 12 first downs.  Flacco threw for a mere 147 yards and only completing 21 of his 43 throws, two of which were intercepted.  Ray Rice could only rush for 42 yards.  Overall net offense for the day was 147 yards.

The biggest highlight for the defense was having All-Pro linebacker Terrell Suggs back on the field.  Suggs had three tackles, one assist, and a sack. The defense as a whole struggled though, giving up a total of 420 yards, 181 of them came from Houston’s rushing attack.

Special Teams:

Justin Tucker has proven himself week in and week out.  Tucker was a perfect 2/2 this week, good from 51 and 54 yards.  This rookie is a valuable asset and has been very consistent for the Raven’s this year.  Look for him to have a great career in the NFL.
