Just The Facts: Run Over Time
Posted By Adam Sharp On Oct 27 2012 @ 11:24 am In New England Patriots | No Comments
This is the week, if there is going to be any week, where the Pats have to break out. Just go out and destroy their opponent because, frankly, no one is afraid of them anymore.
The rams do have the tenth best defense in the NFL, but it can show major flaws at time. The Rams last week loss to the Packers, allowing thirty, shows how young they still are. However, Bradford can be a scary QB, especially against this secondary.
Bradford is having a pretty good year. He has had some good wins and let’s also mention that he has no wide receivers to throw to. But Givens has caught a pass for over fifty yards in the last three games. And those were against pretty good secondaries. The Pats cannot afford to let given have four catches for 175 yards and 2 TDs. If something like this happens than the Pats will be in trouble.
Brady has not completley been Brady,Gronkowski has not completley been Gronkowski, but the run game is the best it has been in years. If Brady wants to prove to the NFL tht he is still one of the best, and that he is better than Manning, than he has to play better. Plain and simple.
In the end, I can never say the Pats will blow away anyone. But hopefully Brady will have two TDs, Ridley add another two, and the Pats secondary only gives up three TDs. A final score of 28-21 Pats.
Start Givens or Bradford in fantasy if you can
Let’s see what Rams rookie RB, Richardson, can do. He was the second from last pick in the draft
It is time for the Pats TEs to trully show they are a sufficient substitute for real WR
Where is Brandon Lloyd?
Hopefully, Boldin gets more touches. I think he is the best the Pats have even with Ridley on the roster
