This mite sound crazy but, the Rams are not the underdogs this week. The Rams face the N.Y. Jets, a team that is in total chaos. The Rams are coming off a great performance against the 49ers, that ended in a tie. The Jets are coming off another week of, “We want Tebow” chants. The Rams should have great momentum and confidence heading into this weekends game. This young team seems to finally have a sence, that they can play football. Winning makes everything better, but a tie against one of the elite teams in the NFL, has the same affect.
The Jets have a divided locker room and a fan base that shouts the backup quarterbacks name, throughout the game. Their starting quarterback Mark Sanchez has a QBR of 70.4, has thrown for 1860 yards, 10 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. He is the head of an offense that is ranked 30th in the NFL and on the other side of the ball the defense is ranked 24th. The Jets defense is also ranked 30th against the run. With the way that Steven Jackson has been running lately, he should have a great game, pounding the Jets defense.
The Rams have to come into this game and play like the better team. Which they are at this point in the season. Sam Bradford has to continue is good play and the defense has to continue to be aggressive and not let up as they did in the 4th quarter, vs the 49ers. Ultimately this game mite be competitive but there is know way the Rams should lose Sunday against the Jets.
