It’s a big game this week for Baltimore as they facing their rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers. This game is going to be a dog fight. Both teams are neck in neck in total yards per game, passing yards per game, and rushing yards per game. Here’s what to look for as the Ravens take on the Steelers on Sunday Night Football.
Watch for Joe Flacco to keep increasing his passing yardage. He has attempted 309 passes this season, completing 186 for a 60% completion rate. Watch for him to be on his toes and moving faster than usual as the Steelers pressure him . Don’t expect to see Tyrod Taylor to play, this game will be a full- game fight. Also look for pro-bowl running back Ray Rice to have more of a productive week.
Watch for Bernard Pollard and Dannell Ellerbe to keep shining this week. Baltimore’s defense is capable in containing the Steelers offense. If the Ravens, as a whole, perform as they are capable, they will be able to keep the Steelers from scoring and winning this game. The injured Ben Roethlisberger will be out this game so watch for the Ravens to take full advantage of this. Byron Leftwich will be starting for the Steelers.
If there’s one Raven who is deserving of the Most Valuable Player award this far into the season it’s Justin Tucker. This almost perfect kicker has proven over and over, game after game, his place in Baltimore. Look for him to once again to shine this week.
