Bradford comes up big late

The Rams pull out a tough win against the Bills today. The defense played well enough to give the offense a chance to win. Sam Bradford had a rough game, but all sins where forgiven with his late game heroics.
Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick was in a groove all game. He went 25/37, 247 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 pick and completed passes to 8 different receivers. With these type of stats you would think the Bills scored at least 21 points. But the Rams defense bent but did not brake.
The Ram defense only allowed the Bills to convert 3 out of 12 third down attempts, which is only a 25% success rate. They also got 5 sacks, 1 interception and 2 forced fumbles, recovering one. More importantly they forced the Bills into two first half field-goals which kept the game in reach for the offense in the second half.
Rams running back Steven Jackson had a marginal game, but scored a big touchdown in the third quarter to put the Rams up 7-6. The Buffalo Bills would answer the Rams with their own touchdown in the third quarter, but failed to covert their 2 point conversion, which resulted in a 12-6 lead appose to a 14-6 lead. The game came down to the last 4 minutes of the 4th quarter and the arm of Sam Bradford.
Bradford lead a 14 play 84 yard drive, going 5-of-8 in the air with a 14 yard touchdown toss to Brandon Gibson with 48 seconds left. Bradford has shown this season that he is a comeback quarterback and if his defense keeps him close he will burn you. This victory marks the third straight win for the Rams. The last time the Rams won three consecutive games was in 2004. The chances are slim, but if the Rams could muster up a sweep of their remaining games, they could be talking playoffs.
