Bill Snyder has Mack’s number!

Big 12 play Texas meets K. State in Austin on Saturday. Texas enters game with a 1-2 record and not ranked in the top 25. K. State comes in with one lose and that was too N. Dakota State.
Texas must stop the run if they want to have a chance at winning this game. The new coordinator will now be on the job for two weeks. I personally don’t think that is enough time to change this horrible defense.
I imagine coach Synder has look at the film of Texas past games and notice opponents QB running all over the Longhorns defense. He has a good runner in Sams. He is big and strong and also a very good passer. They also have a good running back in Hubert. Based on what I have seen K. State offensive line is okay but against the Longhorns they may look great. They have very talented receivers in Thompson and Lockett.
Still not sure who will start at QB for Texas. Ash was back at practice after missing last week due to a head injury. I don’t think either QB is the answer for this team. I think if Texas really wants to win this game they must be able to run the ball. In three games they have failed to establish a running game. Going into the season I thought they had three of the best backs in the country. Texas passing games is not bad with Davis and Shipley
The winner of this game will be seating good in the conference. The loser not so good. I would really like to see what would Synder do with Texas talent. I know the Longhorns interested in Saban but really don’t think he will leave Bama not even for ten million a year.
A coaching is a must for UT if they continue to lose. The big pockets in Texas are getting upset. Under stand Hicks contacted Saban agent last week. I wonder how that conversation went.
I see K State winning this game and keeping the win lose advantage rolling against the Longhorns. Texas loses this game I believe it maybe one of the worse starts in years. K State by two touchdowns.
