No. 24 ranked Wisconsin looked good yesterday in their first Big Ten Conference test against the Purdue Boilermakers at Camp Randall Stadium, easily winning 41-10.

Using their tradition of running against opponents, they did just that, racking up 388 total rushing yards. Melvin Gordon put up 147 yds/3 TD’s and James White added 145 yds/1 TD. ¬†Wisconsin put up 546 total offensive yards to Purdue’ s 180. Simply put, Purdue could not stop the run and Purdue’s run game never got off the ground.

Purdue fell to (1-3, 0-1) and Wisconsin moved to 3-1, 1-0) on the season.  Wisconsin will face an undefeated Ohio State next week, which should be a great game.
