It was pegged as one of the toughest tests for the Badgers and a game that could of been a defining moment for their season. Ohio State however, extended their winning streak to 17 games and beat Wisconsin 31-24 on Saturday afternoon.

Wisconsin played pretty good but Ohio State played better and looked stronger, behind a strong showing from Braxton Miller. Having sat out the last two games with a sprained knee, Miller looked good in his return, throwing 4 tds.

Wisconsin’s passing game was strong, with QB Joel Stave throwing for 295 yards and 2 tds and Jared Abbrederis catching 10 passes for a career high 207 yards and a td.

The Badgers rushing game was contained for the first time this season as the nations leading rusher, Melvin Gordon was held to under 100 yards (74).  James White added 31 yards and a score.
