Matt Cooke and Zach Parise scored first for the Wild to take a 2-0 lead. In the second period Jeremy Morin scored for the Blackhawks to make it a 2-1 game.

The Third period saw a lot of action. Brandon Saad and Marian Hossa each scored to give Chicago a 3-2 lead. Jonas Brodin scored on a powerplay goal to tie it up 3-3. With 1:48 left, ┬áMarco Scandella’s slap shot put the Wild up 4-3. It was the defenseman’s first goal of the season.
