The Illinois Fighting Illini once again found a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The Illini (19-13) relinquished a 12 point second half lead in a 60-55 loss to the Michigan Wolverines (20-12) in the Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinals. This Friday on ESPN, the Illinois Fighting Illini will square off against the Michigan Wolverines in the Quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament. Seniors Shine in Rout of Hoosiers

Emotions were running high for the Illinois Fighting Illini on Senior Day in a must win game. In an interesting move, Illinois coach Bruce Weber moved the ceremony honoring the seniors to after the game in order to keep his team more focused. The ploy worked as the Illini (19-12, 9-9 Big Ten) put forth a spirited effort in a 72-48 dismantling of hated rival Indiana (12-19, 3-15 Big Ten)...
