The University of North Carolina got tripped up after finding out that Junior Guard Leslie McDonald tore his ACL and will be out indefinetly. The Tar Heels have been projected to be the preseason #1 when the rankings get released for the upcoming season, and with the injury to McDonald, I believe the ranking will not be affected but it will have an affect on the season. If your a Lakers fan this might be one thing that you wouldn't be happy about. Kobe playing basketball overseas in Europe with the NBA being locked out.
