The Edmonton Eskimos have released Canadian Receiver Kamau Peterson as well as Quarterback Jared Zabransky. Peterson won the Most Outstanding Canadian Award in the CFL in 2008, but was plagued by an Achilles injury last season, when he only played 4 games.
