The Ti-Cats have hired Jim Daley as the teams new special teams coach. The former Saskatchewan Roughriders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers head coach joined the Cats along with Nelson Martin as defensive backs coach and Ryan Sheahan as running backs coach.
